Company Sponsored Diaper Drives
Hundreds of employees of firms all over the Tucson area collect diapers for the Diaper Bank. If your firm would like to hold a Diaper Drive to help needy individuals all over your community, please let us help you!
We hope these ideas help kick-start your firm’s Diaper Drive!
1. Ask for help!! Committees always have more fun, and it will be helpful if you have someone to toss ideas around with. |
2. Departmental competitions. Maybe a pizza party for the winner |
3. Challenge your competition or the neighbors in your business complex.
Get the entire building involved. The possibilities are endless!! |
4. Decorate a central collection area.
Playpens make great props, and some baby shower decorations will top it off.
A large box wrapped in baby wrapping paper works great, too. |
5. Depending on the type of business, have the company donate a certain amount of money for each new account opened during the drive, or for each unit of sales (or each hundred units), etc. |
6. Involve the public. Last year, a pizza company gave a $1 discount to anyone who brought in a package of diapers. |
7. Company matching donations. We can easily estimate the dollar value of the diapers your company collects. If your company wishes to do a corporate match, we are happy to buy the diapers for you - at wholesale! |
8. Place a cash/change contribution jar in the break room. Those pennies and dimes add up fast. |
9. Advertise in your company newsletter. Send out fliers, paycheck stuffers. |
10. Adopt a specific agency who is receiving diapers and set a goal to provide all their diapers for the year. Contact the Diaper Bank for a list of agencies and their needs. |
