An individual income tax credit is available for contributions that provide assistance to the working poor. The Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona has been registered as a Qualifying Charitable Organizations. This tax credit can be a direct dollar-for-dollar credit against state taxes, not a deduction against your adjusted gross income.
Simply put, the money you donate via the Arizona charitable tax credit law helps The Diaper Bank and you! The tax credit allows individuals to donate up to $200 and married couples filing jointly to donate up to $400. The donation comes directly off your Arizona State Income Taxes!
