The Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona is proud to be partnering with the United Way for Days of Caring, Southern Arizona’s single largest volunteer event.  This year’s Days of Caring will be held Wednesday, October 23, and Saturday, October 26, 2013.

Days of Caring allows thousands of people from area businesses, schools and community groups to lend their time, talents, and energy to volunteer for projects that make a difference in the lives of children, families and seniors in our community.

Days of Caring will  align with “Make a Difference Day” on October 26, the largest national day of community service.  Each October millions of volunteers around the world unite in a common mission to improve the lives of others.

If you are part of a non-profit, school or child care center that has a project they would like help with, project submissions are currently being accepted at www.unitedwaytucson.org/daysofcaring. If you are interested in volunteering as an individual, family or group, registration will begin on September 9.  Be sure to mark your calendar now for this great opportunity to make a big impact in our community.

Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona is looking for groups to host diaper drives, conduct inventory in our warehouse, make diaper collection boxes, and other activities. Please contact our Program Manager at [email protected] for more information.
